Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All items are shipped using Courier Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

Tracking is available at https://www.courierpost.co.nz/track/track-and-trace/

All items generally shipped within 48 hours. But due to high demand we estimate shipping times 4-5 working days for New Zealand orders. Rural deliveries may take longer. 

Boxing day sales can take up to 10 working days for dispatch so please take that into consideration when you are placing the order. Please be assured we will be working hard to get your package out to you as quickly as we can.

International Shipping

International Air - Delivery Target 3-10 Working Days. Non Tracked. 

International Courier - Delivery Target 2-6 Working Days. Track and Trace with Signature on Delivery.

 International Taxes & Duties

Once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to local customs policies which may cause delays.  We take no responsibility for any charges, duties or taxes incurred at the receivers end.

Returns Policy

Faulty Items and Incorrect Items Despatched

    Please contact us within 7 days of purchase or you will not be able to exchange or return your item.  Email us at seralilly@gmail.com.   They need to be returned in the Sera lilly Curve plastic bag you received them in. This is to make sure nothing is damaged in transit back to us.


    Return shipping to Lily and Co will be credited if the garment is faulty or we have sent you the wrong garment. In this case please ensure you attach the postage receipt and put your bank account details.

    Lilly and Co is not responsible for your package while it is in transit to us.

    PLEASE NOTE: All items returned must be received in an unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered state with all the tags and packaging in good condition.

    IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY YOU MUST LET US KNOW BEFORE USING IT - otherwise we can not do anything about this

    Once we receive your item, it will be checked, approved, and a replacement will be sent.  We will also send you an email with your new tracking number. The shipping cost for this will be covered by Lilly & Co

    Returns on sale items

      There will be NO REFUNDS or Exchanges on any item on Sale items so please choose carefully. All sale purchases are final.

       Returns if an item does not fit or is unsuitable (Not on sale)

        If you have purchased a garment and it does not fit, or it is unsuitable for you, you can exchange it for another size or a different style.

        Receiving your returned items

        We will contact you as soon as we receive your items.  We recommend that you return your items via a tracking shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure a safe and documented delivery.  Lilly and co is not liable for the loss or damage of an item being returned.

        We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item in the post. We take no responsibility for any items or packages that are lost in the post.
